Raisin Pound Cake

Ingredients

1 C soft butter

8 oz cream cheese, softened

5 medium eggs

1 1/2 C granulated sugar

2 Tsp baking powder

4 Tsp vanilla

1/4 Tsp salt

2 1/4 C all purpose flour

2 C raisins

 

Directions

1. preheat oven to 325, spray a bundt pan with non stick cooking spray

2. cream together the softened butter and cream cheese until well blended.

3. add remaining ingredients except raisins and mix well, ( about 2 minutes)

4. Mix in raisins. Pour mixture into prepared pan and bake 50-60 minutes. cool completely before removing from pan. Dust with powdered sugar.
